Hillcrest can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. Everything went their way against the Park City Miners as the Hillcrest Huskies made off with a 7-2 win. It was an even better day for Collin Scarbrough as he scored three goals for his team.
Hillcrest's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-3. As for Park City, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Hillcrest will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Layton Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. Layton Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Hillcrest surely won't give up without a fight. As for Park City, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Jordan at 5:30 p.m.
