Baseball Recap: Eads' Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Ten

Eads made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Evangel Christian Academy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Eads blew past Evangel Christian Academy 9-3 on Saturday. Considering Eads has won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Johnathan Vasquez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Stockton Mitchek was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Eads hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Evangel Christian Academy struck out 11 times.
