Bartlett extended their winning streak to 14 games thanks to a huge performance from Kennedi Gaines. The Bartlett Golden Bears simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Chugiak Mustangs 62-24 with plenty of help from Gaines, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 11 steals. That makes it ten consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Bartlett's points.

Another player making a difference was Harmony Jenkins-Foster, who posted five points along with seven rebounds and five assists. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Bartlett pushed their record up to 17-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Chugiak, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-10.

Bartlett has already played their next matchup, a 71-13 victory against Eagle River on the 22nd. As for Chugiak, they will face off against South Anchorage at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
