Ivan Zamora has led Desert Sunrise in stolen bases on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Zamora scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Desert Sunrise: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 4-5-1 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Zamora and Desert Sunrise will face off against Yuma at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Zamora has dominated as far as stolen bases are concerned (he's averaged 1.6 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Criminals have only allowed 0.92 per game this season.
