Football Preview: Riverdale Warriors vs. Blackman Blaze        
        
		
             The Riverdale Warriors will stay at home for another  week and welcome the Blackman Blaze at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Riverdale is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Friday. They put the hurt on Cookeville with a sharp  35-14 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Warriors just coasted through the last quarter.
 Riverdale wouldn't let Cookeville keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Riverdale can thank  Hudson Fuqua and  Khalil Arman for forcing both of them.  Ayden Emmons was another major factor on D,  picking up  a  sack and making 17 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Meanwhile, Blackman's offense rose to the challenge against a Hawks defense that boasted an average of only ten  points allowed on Friday. Blackman really took it to Green Hill for the full four quarters, racking up  a  45-14 victory. The score was close at the half, but the Blaze pulled away in the second half with 28  points.
 Riverdale has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record  this season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 29.3 points per game. As for Blackman, they now  have a winning record of 6-5.
 Riverdale strolled past Blackman in their previous meeting  back in October by a score of  24-7. Does  Riverdale have another victory up their sleeve, or will Blackman turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
