Soccer Game Preview: Appleton East vs. West De Pere + How To Watch

The Appleton East Patriots will head out to square off against the West De Pere Phantoms at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Appleton East's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Thursday, neither Appleton East nor Fox Valley Lutheran could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, West De Pere kept a clean sheet against Ashwaubenon on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 5-0 win. West De Pere haven't had any issues with Ashwaubenon recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

With that draw, Appleton East's record moves to 4-4-5. As for West De Pere, the win got them back to even at 7-7-1.
