 Eisenhower proved they can win big  last Tuesday (they won by ten) but  on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged the Notre Dame Titans out  6-4. That's more bragging rights for Eisenhower, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Alondra Hernandez and  Azaleah Baca did most of the damage at the plate:  Hernandez  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 3-for-3, while  Baca  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Paige Hamner, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 On Notre Dame's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  ELIANA LOMELI, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  BIANCA AVILA, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-5.
 Eisenhower has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-3-2 record  this season. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.
 As of now, neither Eisenhower nor Notre Dame have any future games scheduled.
