Baseball Recap: Laurel Highlands Comes Up Short

Laurel Highlands lost to Belle Vernon on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mustangs fell 8-4 to the Leopards. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ramaree Morgan made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run. Sevi Vecchiolla was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Laurel Highlands' defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Belle Vernon, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.
