Softball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Le Sueur-Henderson

Le Sueur-Henderson came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Maple River Eagles with a sharp 13-2 win. While the Giants didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-10), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Le Sueur-Henderson's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Maple River, their loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Maple River has already played their next matchup (against Hillsboro/Central Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Le Sueur-Henderson will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' game: after the Eagles face off against the Valiants, they'll take on Le Sueur-Henderson again at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
