Horseshoe Bend not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 10th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Council Lumberjacks. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lumberjacks, too.

The victory didn't come easy: Council scored at least 20 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-20, 25-23.

Horseshoe Bend's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Council, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Horseshoe Bend is set to square off against their familiar foe Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Council will face off against rival Greenleaf Friends Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
