It was fun while it lasted, but Sauquoit Valley's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Cooperstown Hawkeyes, falling 73-18. The match marked the Indians' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sauquoit Valley fell to 4-1. As for Cooperstown, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Sauquoit Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 47-42 loss against Utica Academy of Science on the 16th. Cooperstown has also already played their next game, a 63-29 victory against Tully on the 18th.
