Football Recap: Kalama Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kalama was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 14-8 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tenino Beavers. The Chinooks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Beavers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Kalama's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tenino, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Kalama will venture away from home to square off against King's Way Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Chinooks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Tenino, they will square off against Adna at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
