Volleyball Recap: Grace Regan-Bone and Ava Urbanozo Secure Win for Everett + How To Watch

Everett won the last time they faced Marysville Getchell and things went their way on Monday too. The Seagulls came out on top against Marysville Getchell by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Seagulls.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 25-27, 25-12.

Leading Everett to victory were Ava Urbanozo and Grace Regan-Bone. Urbanozo had 14 digs, three aces, and one block, while Regan-Bone had seven aces and six digs. Urbanozo is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 21 or more in each of the last ten games she's played dating back to last season. Jammy Thomas also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Everett was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Everett's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Marysville Getchell, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Everett is set to challenge their familiar foe Marysville-Pilchuck at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Marysville Getchell will take on rival Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
