Basketball Recap: Hubbard Comes Up Short

If Hubbard was feeling good fresh off their 52-22 takedown of Badger last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hubbard Eagles took a 44-26 bruising from the South Range Raiders on Monday. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Hubbard dropped their record down to 6-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for South Range, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

Hubbard will be playing at home against Girard at 7:00 p.m. on January 13th. As for South Range, they will head out to take on Poland Seminary at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
