Basketball Game Preview: Greeneville Greene Devils vs. Science Hill Hilltoppers

Greeneville is a perfect 7-0 against Science Hill since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Greene Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Hilltoppers at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Science Hill will be up against a hot Greeneville team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Greene Devils were the clear victors by a 66-40 margin over Watauga on Saturday. The Greene Devils' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Greeneville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Julia Woolsey, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 14 boards. Those 14 rebounds gave Woolsey a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Maria Lyde, who posted 26 points.

Meanwhile, Science Hill got the win against Tri-Cities Christian on Monday by a conclusive 56-34.

Greeneville now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Science Hill, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
