Reeds Spring came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Hollister Tigers with a sharp 16-4 victory. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by eight runs or more this season.

Camirin Lee made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed six innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Reeds Spring got a massive performance out of Chloe Clevenger, who fired off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-4. That's the most home runs Clevenger has posted since back in March. Grace Chastain was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Reeds Spring always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .524. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Reeds Spring's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Hollister, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.
