Softball Recap: Walnut Ridge Takes a Loss

Walnut Ridge lost to Briggs back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Scots came up short against the Bruins, falling 17-8. The Scots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Walnut Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Briggs, their record is now 11-1.

Coming up, Walnut Ridge will venture away from home to take on Eastmoor Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Briggs, they will welcome Bishop Ready at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
