Helena had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They blew past the Capital Bruins 73-50. While the Bengals didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Helena pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Capital, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Helena will face off against Butte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Helena knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Butte likes a good challenge. Capital has already played their next game (against Big Sky), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
