Volleyball Recap: New Boston Victorious

It was a proper cat-fight when New Boston took on Trenton on Saturday. The Lions came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

New Boston not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Trenton between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16.

New Boston's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Trenton, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, New Boston will be playing in front of their home fans against Avery at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trenton, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Leonard at 6:15 p.m. on the 26th.
