Baseball Recap: Western Comes Up Short

Western was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Edgewood Lions.

Western's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Edgewood, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Western will face off against Southlands Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edgewood, they will take on Workman at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Edgewood is facing Workman at the right time seeing as Workman is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
