While Parkersburg's win against Cabell Midland wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Big Reds had just enough and edged out the Knights 2-1 on Thursday. Parkersburg have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Cabell Midland, too.

Gracie Lively and Camille Tatterson scored both of Parkersburg's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Parkersburg's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Cabell Midland, they dropped their record down to 1-5-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Parkersburg is taking a road trip to take on George Washington at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cabell Midland, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Woodrow Wilson at 11:00 a.m.
