Game recap: Norcross High School Football Team tops Brookwood

NORCROSS, Ga. - Norcross (Ga.) put up 13 points in the fourth quarter in Saturday's game to seal their 32-9 victory over Brookwood (Snellville, Ga.).

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Josh Boyd in the second quarter, the Blue Devils led 7-3 at the half.

Norcross grew its lead to 16 points entering the fourth quarter. NHS scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Clinton Lynch.

Brookwood's only touchdown came on a 3-yard run in the fourth quarter.



Led by Lorenzo Carter, the Blue Devils went into the matchup giving up only 14.3 points per game.

The loss comes after Brookwood defeated Lambert 35-16 last week. The loss broke Brookwood's two-game winning streak.
