Basketball Game Preview: Broome Centurions vs. Woodruff Wolverines

The Broome Centurions just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Woodruff Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Broome has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Monday, Broome lost to Landrum at home by a 73-56 margin. The loss continues a trend for the Centurions in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Woodruff, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They strolled past Union County with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 59-44.

Broome's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Woodruff, their victory bumped their record up to 12-7.

Broome came out on top in a nail-biter against Woodruff when the teams last played on January 9th, sneaking past 49-47. Will Broome repeat their success, or does Woodruff have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
