Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rosemont Wolverines. While the Cougars didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wolverines 25-20 in the first set.

Kennedy actually scored more points across those five sets (110-107), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-23, 25-21, 19-25, 18-16.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Rosemont, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Kennedy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Florin on the 27th. As for Rosemont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Monterey Trail on the 27th.
