Platte Canyon entered their tilt with Clear Creek on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Golddiggers. This was a revenge game for the Huskies: when they faced off against the Golddiggers back in September, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Platte Canyon was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (107-102), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19, 20-25, 17-27, 15-13.

Zo? Lubansky paced Platte Canyon's offense, picking up 14 kills. Lubansky got some help from Brooke Chick and her 23 assists. Chick was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.
