Battle Ground is 1-9 against Skyview since June of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Tigers will face off against the Storm at 7:00 p.m. Battle Ground is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Battle Ground duked it out with WF West two weeks ago. Neither the Tigers nor the Bearcats could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Noel Bernier and Reed Silbernagel scored all three of Battle Ground's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Meanwhile, Skyview faced Heritage in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Storm fell 3-1 to the Timberwolves. The loss was Skyview's first of the season.

With that draw, Battle Ground's record moves to 5-2-2. As for Skyview, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1-1.
