Baldwin won the last time they faced Academy of Richmond County, and Deven Nelson did his part to make sure it happened again. The Baldwin Braves breezed past the Academy of Richmond County Musketeers to the tune of 82-54 on Tuesday thanks in part to Nelson, who shot 4-for-7 from downtown and dropped a double-double with 42 points and 11 rebounds. What's more, he also posted a 68% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2024.

Baldwin has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Academy of Richmond County, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-15.

Coming up, Baldwin is taking a road trip to square off against Westside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Westside's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. Academy of Richmond County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
