Softball Recap: Dadeville Takes a Loss

Dadeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 11-6 to the Elmore County Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly five runs.

McKenslee Gaither made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI.

Dadeville's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Elmore County, they pushed their record up to 9-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Dadeville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 4-2 victory against Glenwood on the 1st. As for Elmore County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-9 win against Stanhope Elmore on the 1st.
