Basketball Game Preview: Eaton Reds vs. Longmont Trojans + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Eaton Reds will jump right back in to play the Longmont Trojans at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Eaton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 58-52 to Frederick.

Despite the defeat, Eaton got top-tier performance from Courtney Steinkamp, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 12 boards. Steinkamp is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last seven games she's played dating back to last season. Saryiah Gaona was another key player, going 6-for-15 to rack up 14 points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Meanwhile, Longmont was able to grind out a solid win over Peak to Peak on Thursday, taking the game 48-36. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Longmont's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Eaton, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
