Volleyball Recap: Diman RVT Gets the Win

Diman RVT won the last time they faced Tri-County RVT and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bengals came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bengals.

Diman RVT had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-21.

Kara Rego paced Diman RVT's offense, picking up seven kills. Rego got some help from Abigael Lavoie and her 12 assists. Lavoie was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

The win got Diman RVT back to even at 3-3. As for Tri-County RVT, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
