Softball Recap: Fairlawn Jets vs. Northridge Polar Bears
After low-scoring totals in their previous five contests, Fairlawn brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They were the clear victors by an 18-3 margin over the Northridge Polar Bears on Monday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Jets as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Gracie Crosson made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits.
