Volleyball Game Preview: Newton Rams vs. Clarkston Angoras

After both having extra time off, the Newton Rams and the Clarkston Angoras will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Newton came up short against Clarkston and fell 2-0. Considering the last time the Rams couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18.

This is the second loss in a row for Newton and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Clarkston, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.
