Recap: Kimball/White Lake Wildkats vs. Freeman Flyers
The Kimball/White Lake Wildkats were the 56-54 winner over the Freeman Flyers when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Kimball/White Lake took a 59-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Freeman.
Freeman found their leader in underclassman Tate Sorensen, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Tayden Kerrigan was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Kimball/White Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Freeman, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1.
Kimball/White Lake will play host again and welcome Mitchell Christian, where tip off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Freeman, they will head out on the road to face off against Canistota at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
