Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Faulkton's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Faulkton won the last time they faced Langford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1.

Faulkton walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 23-25, 25-18.

Anika Mueller paced Faulkton's offense, picking up 21 kills. Mueller got some help from Claire Cotton and her 45 assists. Brooklyn Mueller controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Faulkton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for Langford, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-14.

Faulkton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Aberdeen Christian on the 2nd. As for Langford, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Waubay/Summit on the 2nd.
