Moffat County has gone 8-1 against Coal Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Moffat County has given up an average of 33.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Moffat County's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Meeker on Friday. They had to suffer through a 45-0 loss at the hands of the Cowboys. Having soared to a lofty 48 points in the game before, the Bulldogs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Coal Ridge had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 45.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They really took it to the Farmers for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-7 win. The Titans pushed the score to 40-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Farmers cut but never quite recovered from.

Moffat County better keep an eye on Dylan Miller. He was instrumental in Coal Ridge's win, throwing for 259 yards and five touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. Those 259 passing yards gave Miller a new career-high. Evan Dujka got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Moffat County's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Coal Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Moffat County might still be hurting after the 40-15 loss they got from Coal Ridge in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
