Basketball Recap: Spring Valley Cardinals vs. Cadott Hornets
On Saturday, the Spring Valley Cardinals ended up a good deal behind the Cadott Hornets and lost 52-38.
Taylor Hager was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with eight steals for Cadott. The match was Hager's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tarynn Donahue, who scored 11 points plus three steals.
Spring Valley now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Cadott, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.
Spring Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Colfax at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cadott, they will head out on the road to take on Stanley-Boyd at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
