Volleyball Game Preview: Valley Christian Panthers vs. Odessa Tigers + How To Watch

The Valley Christian Panthers will face off against the Odessa Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Valley Christian came up short against Almira-Coulee-Hartline on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Odessa can bid farewell to their five-match losing streak thanks to their match on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame.

Odessa had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-20.

Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Odessa, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Valley Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Odessa in their previous matchup last Friday, winning 3-1. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
