Baseball Recap: Lafayette County Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Lafayette County's offense. They came up short against the Taylor Tigers on Tuesday, falling 16-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Cougars' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Lafayette County is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. As for Taylor, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
