Lyndon Institute came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Peoples Academy, but Jack Lafayette wouldn't allow it. The Peoples Academy Wolves managed a 66-61 victory over the Lyndon Institute Vikings on Friday thanks in part to Lafayette, who posted 25 points. His evening made it 12 games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points.

Peoples Academy's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-14. As for Lyndon Institute, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Peoples Academy has already played their next match, a 66-54 defeat against Richford on the 26th. As for Lyndon Institute, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 60-50 loss against Lamoille on the 25th.
