Prairie won the last time they faced Caliche and things went their way on Friday too. The Mustangs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Buffaloes, sneaking past 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Prairie was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-20, 16-25, 22-25, 25-18, 15-12.

Tanna Bailey paced Prairie's offense, picking up 14 kills. Bailey got some help from Nicole Ludgate and her 42 assists. Shaylee Dolan controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

When it comes to explaining why Caliche lost, don't look at Hayden Walker. Despite the final result, she had 17 digs.

Prairie's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Caliche, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2.

Prairie has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Otis on the 7th. As for Caliche, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Sedgwick County on the 7th.
