Basketball Game Preview: Lincoln-King Academy Eagles vs. Pershing Doughboys

The Lincoln-King Academy Eagles will head out to square off against the Pershing Doughboys at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lincoln-King Academy is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since January 3rd on Saturday. They were outmatched by Summit Academy North and fell 70-30. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 286th, while Summit Academy North are ranked 11th).

Meanwhile, Pershing strolled past Harper Woods with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 65-46.

Pershing's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Lincoln-King Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
