Volleyball Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion lost against Mason County Eastern back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1.

Marion has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Mason County Eastern, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.

Marion has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Mesick on the 25th. As for Mason County Eastern, they will square off against Cadillac Heritage Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
