McNary (Keizer, Ore.) regained the lead on a touchdown pass by
Hayden Gosling to
Tanner Walker with 7:00 remaining in the third.
The Titans saw their 21-point halftime lead decrease to 14 entering the fourth.
The defeat comes as a step back for McNary, who notched a 48-7 victory over McKay in its previous outing.
