It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Eldred ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Chester Hambletonians. The win was familiar territory for Eldred, who have now won four games in a row.

Avery Moscatiello and Madison Daw scored both of Eldred's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Eldred's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-1. As for Chester, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eldred will square off against Sullivan West at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chester, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
