Basketball Recap: Boonsboro Comes Up Short

Boonsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a blow against the Williamsport Wildcats, falling 54-25. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-19 back in January.

Boonsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Williamsport, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Boonsboro didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 51-45 win against Brunswick on the 19th. As for Williamsport, they will venture away from home to face off against North Hagerstown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
