Softball Recap: Bagley Comes Up Short

Kelliher/Northome hit Bagley with a seven-run second inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Flyers came up short against the Mustangs, falling 14-5. The Flyers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2017.

Bagley has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Kelliher/Northome, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Bagley will challenge Lake Park-Audubon at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kelliher/Northome, they will welcome Littlefork-Big Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
