The Luling Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Prairie Lea 83-34 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Luling has managed all season.

Ricardo Romero was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 21 points. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Kade Samuelson, who scored 14 points.

The victory makes it two in a row for Luling and bumps their season record up to 4-12. As for Prairie Lea, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.

Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Comfort the next time they take the court. Prairie Lea will head out to face Comfort at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Luling will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
