Baseball Game Preview: Lamphere Rams vs. Lakeview Huskies

The Lamphere Rams will head out to challenge the Lakeview Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Lamphere came up short against Athens on Tuesday, falling 16-4.

Aidan Grzsikowski made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Meanwhile, Lakeview had just enough and edged out Lake Shore 9-7 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Lakeview's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lamphere, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Lamphere beat Lakeview 7-4 in their previous matchup back in May of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
