Beaufort and Bluffton are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Beaufort will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

Beaufort is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against May River on Friday as they made off with a 17-11 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Eagles have posted against the Sharks since March 28, 2022.

Peyton Brooks was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Altman, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Beaufort was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .424. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March of 2025.

Meanwhile, Bluffton came up short against Frederica Academy on Thursday and fell 4-1. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bluffton's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Beaufort, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-9.

Beaufort was able to grind out a solid win over Bluffton in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, winning 6-1. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
