Softball Recap: Northview Knights vs. Cloverdale Clovers

MAGGIE KRAUSE made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. KRAUSE has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. KRAUSE was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, MIANAH THOMPSON was excellent, going 2-for-3 with four RBI and a double. Another player making a difference was ELLIE BOWMAN, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.
